Bellis

Bellis perennis is a common European species of daisy, of the family Asteraceae. Bellis are a cheerful, bright and glossy addition to the garden, where they can be treated as annuals. They are often used as ground cover or at the front of a border. Colours range across red, white, pink and multi-coloured flowers. A position in full sun is best, though they can cope with partial shade. Bellis will flower from late winter through to summer.
