Celosia Dragon’s Breath

Celosia is a dramatic annual that is easy to grow and quite hardy. It has also recently captured garden enthusiasts attention with its deep, iridescent maroon foliage and flowering plumes. Celosia is easily grown from seed or cuttings and growing a variety of Celosia adds a splash of color to your containers or garden beds. When selecting your varieties, make sure you choose plants that are size appropriate. Celosia likes regular watering to help it get established, but once it established, it’s quite drought tolerant. Consistent watering during hot, dry periods helps it grow better and bloom more profusely.
