2020 has been an exciting year for both Boomaroo Nurseries’ Vegetable Seedling and Greenlife divisions.

Our Vegetable Seedling division has seen rapid growth through the commencement of seedling production out of our Southbrook facility in Queensland, the launch of Boomaroo Organics and an ambitious new product development program. Our Greenlife division has seen similar growth opportunities in both product range and supply into new states and territories, putting us on track to double our production volumes over the next 18 months.

In response, we’re excited to announce some changes to our sales leadership to ensure we continue to provide the high level of service and support our customers expect.

Steven Winter, will be stepping into the newly established role of National Sales Manager, Greenlife Division. This will allow Steven to focus exclusively on Boomaroo’s Greenlife business development and customers, looking after both the Sales Team and our new team of in-store merchandisers working across multiple states.

“I’m extremely excited and proud of the recent growth we have achieved in the Greenlife Business Unit. In my new dedicated Greenlife role I look forward to rolling out our further growth plans into new products, ranges and territories,” said Steve.

In our Vegetable Seedling division, we are excited to announce the appointment of Warren Ramsey as National Sales Manager, Vegetable Seedling Division. Warren has active experience across many areas of crop production from farming, agronomy, and research, extending through to innovation and precision agriculture. Warren has worked in every state in Australia across multiple sectors and brings valuable knowledge to the Boomaroo team through his extensive industry relationships which he has already put to use to facilitate new solutions for our growers.

“I am very excited to be part of the Boomaroo team and being back in the field with our growers takes me back to when I was working on the land.” said Warren. “Working in the vegetable industry and seeing our customers high quality produce on the plates of everyday Australians is something I am, and will always be, proud of.”

With two dedicated managers focusing exclusively on each business unit, Boomaroo are well placed to continue to provide a high level of support to meet the changing needs of our customers and support the success of their businesses well into the future.

Congratulations Steven and welcome Warren!
